That has led to continual endorsement from their association.
In fact, the KJA just issued a Strategic Capital endorsement letter for 2022.

Why the KJA Endorses Us
As in previous years when we were endorsed by the KJA, this association generally recommends against selling structured settlements. In this way, they aim to protect a system that was put in place to provide for their clients’ long-term needs.
That said, they acknowledge that there are instances when unexpected life circumstances put an individual in a situation where they truly need cash. In those cases, the KJA continues to recommend Strategic Capital.
The Kentucky Justice Association has seen firsthand how our team’s strategy differs from the “cash now” approach of other factoring companies. Specifically, we often recommend that the annuitant only sells a portion of their payments, or doesn’t sell at all.
While most players in the industry connect their bottom line to how much of the structured settlement they can get a client to sell (namely, all of it), our team at Strategic Capital believes that our business value comes from truly helping people in a time of need. If they would be better served by only selling a portion of their structured settlement, we help them navigate that. It’s also fairly common for us to recommend that the client doesn’t sell at all. We prioritize keeping as much of their settlement intact as possible to provide for their future needs.
